Kidney mass incorporating the ovary and bladder stones

      the bitch aged 13 years was normal a week ago and sudden complaint of lack of appetite, weakness, vomiting. cbc and creatinine was done. reports are tlc 32500 and creat 1.1. x ray showed mass in mid abdomen and also a lot of bladder stons. kept the patient on drips, i/v antibiotics and also usual anti emetics. no improvement. thinking it to be a utrine tumor we elected to operate, but the owner wanted euthenaisa. we sid we would operate but not charge if incurable. tlc on day of surgery was 38500. surgery was performed. today patient has come back normal, not eating but has survived this miraculous surgery. at our clinic it is among one of the most challenging and satisfying cases we have performed.
