Perianal fistula treatment

Swarupmay Majumdar KETOCONAZOLE + Azathiopyrine ( Keto 200 + Immuran 10) for Perianal fistula with Metronidazole gives very good result. Its very very common in German shephards and has a very poor prognosis.

    • Gautam Unny I have excellent results with cyclosporine. alsotry 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for good results.
