    • Gagan Gaudi i dont think there is any treatment available for vitiligo. only thing we can do is to avoid taking dog in direct sun light and use sun screen lotions to avoid sun burns. homeopathy may be tried

    • Ajitesh Kumar there is no treatment. its a genetic disease, so breeding shd be avoided to prevent its spread

      Michael Jackson, had both Vitiligo and DLE!! so its difficult imagining alone. Vitiligo is also related with immuno suppressive conditions. so avoid cortisones in suspected cases of vitiligo please, as it may become severe. Also to mention, better keep the animal on veg food strictly.

      Its not ture that vitiligo is having no treatments. Forget about those plasing etc, homeopathy is giving very good result.Anyway this list is for those vets who believes there are many other ways to treat also other than only allopathy.
      ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
      Homeopathic treatments:
      1. give " ginko biloba 200- 4 doses- morning eveining for 2 days"
      2. wait and on on 7th day give " Arsenic Sulph Flavum 1M- 1 dose-orally'
      3. repeat after 7 days
      4. on 3rd wk, if no changes are seen give " Syphilinum 1M 1 dose orally one.
      5. wait for a wk and again repeat " Arsenic sulph Flavum 1m -1 dose orally.
      6. during this whole process, you make a paste of " OIL OF BUCHI mother tincuter " 1 ml in 1 tsp plain vaselin or liq parafin and keep applying for a month.

      If the mark are on lips, there's no results coming from the treatment ,but if lips are untouched, you will get sucess.

      if you try this "oil of buchi-arsnic sulph-ginko biloba-syphylinum" comination, please us know how far it worked.
      thanks for presenting this nice topic
