Gynecology case

Swarupmay Majumdar a female intact female dog of 3 yrs, GSD breed
with symtoms like vaginal enlargement, prolonged vinal dischage beyond
40 days and otherwise NAD!VE: serosanguinous discharge, smell
,sweeling without pain. mamary glands tender but not enlarged a lot.
been adviced by many vets to go for PH ( panhysterctomy). is it a case ...of
Vaginitis? vaginal Hyperplasia? cystic ovarian disease ? other than
scans can any blood tests help in diagnosing it?

      Sex hormones may indicate for a Cyctic ovary I forgot how :P I will read about it and tell you and CBC for Metrities and abdominal palpation may help in PYometra
