‎@dr Manish: Persoanlly I have a feeling, in many cases of colic the animal temperature falls down. Sterioids do wonder in some cases but since I am treating the cases in a mixed tentative possibilities , I oopted for not using steroids but to go with Meloxicam to reduce if any pain is there. I think, meloxicam can not bring temperature below normal even when given a bigger dose.
@Dr Amber: I prefered not using Calcium as I mentioned earlier the HR was not good, it was above 100 and dyusrythmic , and in my opinion it can be due to pain or toxaemia.
At this point, I feel this can be a case of Renal failure! or urinary infecion .

    • Amber Mishra Then the Fluid therapy in the controlled manner or CRI is the best options along with the broad spectrum antibiotic, can try lactulose po.
