    • Nassem N. Naimi Check the urine because it is the only thing that is not making since.
is it whole blood ? or is it myoglobin? or hemoglobinurea?
Dehydration and loose motions may indicate indicate rabdomylaysis.
      and check the kidneys !!!

    • Swarupmay Majumdar yah , questions are too many but I prefer to stay with some one who asks questions becoz there is no answers otherwise. I take care of the things you mentioned. The case is fresh, sen today morining. blood in the lab. He is totally vaccinated. by me only.and he had been sick 2 -3 days before turning up. Parvo with hematuria I never knew. I think there is something to do with its Liver!! actually the hematuria is incidental findings, as I used D25 during the tx he passed urine on table. His blood sugar randim is only 56.

    • Nassem N. Naimi OK, if you have microscope just look for RBCs. if no then simply put urine in a tube and wait to see if there is RBC sediment

    • Nassem N. Naimi It works really well, you may also look for WBC's because these signs also may indicate Nephritis

    • Sumit Virmani So what's the course of treatment, now?
      08 May at 12:15 ·
    • Swarupmay Majumdar The owner did not turn up, but with discussion with Dr Gautam, I had decided to put the dog on NPO ( nothing Per Oral), IV + Sc fluids other than RL (surely D25), liver extracts, antibiotics like strepto penicillin. For Vomiting decided to use Ganasetron, a new generation 5HT blocker.and IV Robeperazole as vomiting was pronounced.
