    Swarupmay Majumdar we have seen many cases of anorexia in dogs when the owner is absent and I think that is related with the bond that he misses.
    Feline OCD can lead to anorexia due to hair ball formation inside the gut.

    Gautam Unny Toy breeds can be anorexic if they miss their owners. Sometimes they also simply demand alteration in the diet, i have seen many dogs becoming anorexic for days after being fed chicken, and recover miraculously when given chicken again. if the dog is active, energetic and not having fever i normally ignore anorexia for a couple of days
