Swarupmay Majumdar paediatrics: a 15 days old Lhasa Apaso puppy in clinic.the complaints are he refuses to eat,keeps crying, he is weaned 2 days back and on cow milk and starter pup. he is having very pale mm,capilary refil time is longer, temp: 98*f.

    Gautam Unny get a cbc done, stop per oral, place an 24 i/v canula, kep on a ringers drip with some rantac and ondensetron.

    Saurabh Saxena cow milk shd be diluted with equal prop of water.instead ofstarter ,semi solid broth of minced meat orsuji or dog cerelac shd be provided.pups cry due to less feed,stomac pain .nux vomica can be tried

    I just gave him sc RL 20 ml, and tribivet. put him on Stage one from Royal canin. 2 drops of himalaya Digyton drops.
    its so small that I have difficulties handling it. I think it had colic due to indigestion, the temp is ok for such age ?
    which IV cannula can I use?
