    • Swarupmay Majumdar vomiting is normal, his major proble is he has some injuries which may be the reason of swelling on lt leg and testicle. NPO is difficult, as I can visit them only once. and vomited only once.

    • Vetrimalai Kutty The Dob might have developed severe gastritis after giving the Para+diclofenac, it is better to treat the pet with antiulcerative drugs such as pentaperazole with appropriate fluid and gradually treat the primary problem with meloxicam after ascertain the cause of swelling ...injury , arthritis ?

    • Cyril Roy Fluids(because he will be loosing lot of fluids in the gut), do a accult test if the vomiting or stools has blood. If so botropase.... antibiotics, antinflammatory and antiemetics with caution..I suppose..I am not an expert..so take it with a pinch of salt..The last time i touched a dog is few years ago
