where am I stand

Swarupmay Majumdar labrador M 2yrs, vaccination,deworming uptodate. Not taking food for 4 days. Temp 104.6*f,Ln swollen, mm pale,moderate dehydration.No vomiting,loosemotion,retching or coughing. history of limping a liitle. urine quantity is reduced and is very dark yellow. he is not very thirsty. TDx: E.canis? hepatitis? arthritis?
pending blood report, started with oral Doxycycline 5mg/kg bid, meloxicam and rantac. medicated with IV DNS 500ml,RL 500ml, enrofloxacin 1ml im.
Blood report: HB 15,TLC 6800,N 78,L 20,PLATELET 2.12L,Sr Creat 0.7,AST 68,ALT 62
any suggestions? does not look like E canis from blood report. is it related with viral fever related to the liver?

    • Ashwin Nambiar The liver values seem to be ok..is it posibil that the dehydration has masked the low blood values?

    • Swarupmay Majumdar may be, I am giving ample fluids to overcome that. Dog is some what better after starting with Doxy.
