Chronic renal failure
Saurabh Saxena12 yr male spitz came wid history of anorexia for 4 days .temp 102.4.gave inj analgin ,inj otc,inj tono.a day later owner told me the tongue tip has gone black .we put himon drips and sent for blood test.the dog was anaemic,dehydrated and gums had plaque deposits. blood report hb-5.3,tlc-17800,N-90,L-8,M-1,E-1,sgot-31,sgpt-38,BUN-114.5,SR.creat-11.5.looks cronic renal failure wid CHARACTERISTIC TONGUE TIP NECROSIS.IDEAS???WUD PUT UP PICTURE SHORTLY.
