Chronic renal failure

Saurabh Saxena ‎12 yr male spitz came wid history of anorexia for 4 days .temp 102.4.gave inj analgin ,inj otc,inj tono.a day later owner told me the tongue tip has gone black .we put himon drips and sent for blood test.the dog was anaemic,dehydrated and gums had plaque deposits.
blood report hb-5.3,tlc-17800,N-90,L-8,M-1,E-1,sgot-31,sgpt-38,BUN-114.5,SR.creat-11.5.looks cronic renal failure wid CHARACTERISTIC TONGUE TIP NECROSIS.IDEAS???WUD PUT UP PICTURE SHORTLY.

      Its a simple case of Chronic renal failure. It was a very bad idea to use OTC in this case as it never had a fever. For anorexia why u need OTC, yaar?

    • Swarupmay Majumdar we treat for fever only at 103.5*F and just with simple anbts. use OTC at 105+ temp with Cefotax+tazo. otc im is not good idea for a dog
