Daytime blindness

Swarupmay Majumdar a 4 years old male GSD suffers with daytime blindness for more than a year. no opacity but eye look like glossy and as if seen in the photo. Can anyone suggest what it can be and how can I help the pet dog?

    Swarupmay Majumdar obviously becoz he stumbles into wall, vessels,pots inside home at day time.He dont have the same at night.

    Padma Yadlapalli could he be sleeping well at night and so the blindness not noticed as much; I am sorry but I can't find the photo of this dog; were you able to evaluate the reflexes in this pet; any hx of injury or ulceration of the cornea in the past

    Swarupmay Majumdar Dog has a dilated pupil which looks glossy in clour. any time I visit I can see that. he is also a dog with CRF.
