    • Swarupmay Majumdar No options, surgery must. the faster the better. but u can try feding him something like banana which can trap small pices of glass in case it is in peces. allways better to go for surgery becoz it will be of less risk than allowing perforations by purgations.thanks

wait guys there is a problem pieces may be everywhere
that he should make a whole GIT exploration.
start with endoscopy till you reach the stomach to make sure esophagus and stomach are free. then go for the surgery off course.
be careful pieces will be everywhere, it is a very difficult case.
I think barium X-ray will give little indication for the places to suspect

    • Nassem N. Naimi Man it is funny :D hehehe Saurabh Childhood games again :D.

BTW I like the Banana Idea It seems funny like imagining a Banana getting inside then coming out with everything (even though it is a very nice Idea) but still funny :D

may be funny! I give an example of a funniest case!
a lady called up a vet at midnight telling her dogs belly is just sweeling up like a ballon and the dog is collapsing! the distance between the vet and the lady is around 30 min drive at night. The vet says, " can u do one thing?" she replies " yes" but when the vet says u need to puncture the dog belly with any knife anywhere in the belly, she gets in tears and ask..thats funny! but she did it and saved the dog as when the dog wsas brought to the clinic the vet had simple procedure to keep tying up all those wound and the dog is safe! sometimes funny things are ur mark that u leave behind. Find many more funny ways to save a pet if it really helps
