Parrot with head tilt

Nassem N. Naimi Amazon Blue fronted parrot with Moderate imbalance in the head with head tilt to the right
imported 22 days ago treated with Peniciline (Didnt know which one of them) for diarrhea
the parrot is about 1 to 2 years old according to the owner (Importer)
