Fever 105

Swarupmay Majumdar Indian stray neutered male dog aging around 2 years bought by an animal activist! He had been drenched in the rain yesterday! PE: T 104.9*f! saliva rolling! LN not palpable. Auscaltation: Nil.Others NAD
DX- PUO( better not to say now)! lepto! ecanis!..
TX: Ceftriaxone 500mg IV,Bayrocin 1ml im and Meloxicam 1ml im. NO Blood tests done. No fluids too! Just in 15 bmin, temp fall down to 103.6!! I think its a plain fever due to cold!

      Saliva caused be Dizziness from the car !!!
