everything was normal, except mild pneumonia (seems like chronic because no fever).

given deworming on the 1st day of treatment in addition to Amoxiciline with Clavlunic acid.

consider canine distemper virus...and it would be good if you deworm your dog first before giving any vaccinations...
-ivermectin SQ is good if your patient is vomiting but check first what worm you are treating... if it is flatworms then ivermectin is not recommended...

    • Nassem N. Naimi I used Ascaten by Alfasan 4 days ago so does it worth to take fecal sample now to look for eggs or larva??
and btw 2day i will get differential count so Eosinophilia will be a good indicator for parasitic infection

    • Swarupmay Majumdar I agree with Dr Sheila. I want to add: plz dont forget about dehydration! Give some energiging drips as we discussed in HGE event. plus look out possible sources of bleeding. why not use Ciprofloxacin or some other antibiotics active against anerobes? Actually Amoxy-clav is a very broad antibiotic, so ther is chances that oportunistic bacteria may over grow. Plz supplement with lactobacillus also.
