Skin condotions - Vesicles

Sumit Virmani A cluster of 8-10 vesicles (painful) on the skin at the underside if the jaw / somewhat behind the lower lip in a 4.5 month old Daschund.
No other lesion anywhere on the body.
Temp/appetite normal. Vaccinations as per schedule.
I suspect its bitten by some insect while exploring its surrounding during a walk.
Can frogs/toads cause such lesions?
Anything specific to look out for??
