Veterinary database

Premal Darji planing to make a vet database software. i knw it is too soon to announce.as just hav started talking to the software makers..but want small help..want to knw what software u guys r using..and what do u think u feel can b changed..also working out the cost factor..like software available now r either free (given by pedigree with lots of problms) or others whch cum with high cost..sum evn more thn 15,000/-..r the cheper ones available..pls help guys..

    • Swarupmay Majumdar Vet assist from Pedigree is good, but not upto my mark; as I dont enjoy using it.
      Vetgate software is good but too vast! and little costly.

    • Premal Darji how costly..pedigree not at all gud..too many glitches..vast not a problm..once u start using it bcums simpler

    • Swarupmay Majumdar Vetgate cost little , not more than 6.5k over the net,I have a free version in clinic. but it does not allow me to do anything other than see what is there inside.

    • Premal Darji what if i provide everything online..no backup problms..u will hav ur own space ..u can save as many records and stuff..and at very low cost..hardly ne if compared to other companys providing same services..

    • Premal Darji i think its about 5000/-per month or above..that is what thy told me whan i spoke to thr executive month back..thats expensive evn for a well established vet..how will newcomers use it..
