    • Ajitesh Kumar check for ehrlichiosis as liver enzymes and billirubin can be high in ehrlichiosis.Is fever high.

    • Joseph Cyrus if hepatic carcinoma has been confirmed on usg, then why waste time. Lobectomy if single. No chemo treatments exist for hepatic tumors.

      Do NOT start meds before a final confirmation of diagnosis - and that means biopsy. You wouldn't treat a PUPD dog with insulin before confirming that it was diabetes - think similarly with cancer. Different cancers need different treatments...See more
