    Ajitesh Kumar check for ehrlichiosis as liver enzymes and billirubin can be high in ehrlichiosis.Is fever high.

    Joseph Cyrus if hepatic carcinoma has been confirmed on usg, then why waste time. Lobectomy if single. No chemo treatments exist for hepatic tumors.

    Joseph Cyrus Are us sure no other organs are affected? I would personally like to confirm that it is a hepatic carcinoma and not something else before chemotherapy.

    Do NOT start meds before a final confirmation of diagnosis - and that means biopsy. You wouldn't treat a PUPD dog with insulin before confirming that it was diabetes - think similarly with cancer. Different cancers need different treatments...See more
